Platform rules
Rules for accounts, competitive play and conduct on PUGNET.
Accounts
You may only have one PUGNET account. Account sharing, additional accounts, purchased or borrowed accounts, and accounts used to evade ratings, bans, matchmaking history or restrictions are prohibited.
Competitive integrity
Cheating, smurfing, ban evasion, queue manipulation, match fixing and collusion are prohibited. Platform-wide sanctions apply across both Condition Zero and Counter-Strike: Source.
Conduct
Competitive banter is allowed. Serious targeted harassment, discriminatory abuse, credible threats, doxxing, encouragement of self-harm, severe sexual harassment and repeated targeted abuse are not.
Griefing includes deliberate blocking, AFK behavior, intentional throwing, bomb abuse, ghosting, collusion, refusal to participate and deliberate loss creation.
Reports and appeals
False or malicious reporting is prohibited, but an unproven report is not automatically malicious. Permanent sanctions have an appeal path, and staff should not review their own disputed punishment when another reviewer is available.
Account deletion
Deletion requests have a 30-day recovery period. After that period, the account cannot be recovered and its Steam identity is not released for reuse. Deletion does not erase sanctions or permit a rating reset or ban evasion.
